Oh my gosh! I have been looking for something that cleans my floor well. This is it!!! I mopped my floor before I used the Crosswave and the dirt that was still on it from mopping, shocked me. Easy to use and clean. I haven't tried it on the area rugs but love it on the tile in the kitchen and bathroom

I love the fact that you can use this and not have to sweep first, it picks up the dog hair, sand, everything and mops at the same time if you want it to. You may have to go over a tough spot more than one time, but so what. Love being able to use it on all types of floors with a simple touch of a button. Cleanup is a bit messy since it's wet dog hair but still not bad. It's amazing what gets cleaned up!

I was searching for something that I could use on a daily basis with everyday spills and dirt from 2 active toddlers, and easy to use, being pregnant. This has been amazing! I've only just gotten it, but I've used it every day and it is quick and simple, and easy to clean after use. I just pray it lasts for years like it should! But my house looks great on tile, hardwood floors, and area rugs, with spills almost daily, and messes at meal time, I would recommend to anyone!

I have dark colored laminate flooring in my kitchen. All other cleaning methods left a streaky residue that would require the I get on my hands and knees to rub out. The Crosswave leaves my floors clean and streak-free. It's easy to operate and no need to vacuum before cleaning. It also dries the floor by sucking up the excess cleaning fluid. I LOVE this machine! Oh, and it also cleans area rugs!

I was looking forward to the arrival of my crosswave. The idea of vacuuming and cleaning at the same time was wonderful. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way. I have pets. I have many pets. With the amount of pet fur that accumulates in my house in one day, I cannot vacuum and clean at the same time. The waste container is an ugly mess. I also have to get out a mop and mop the floor after I clean it with the crosswave. It doesn't clean up everything on the floor and tends to leave a dirty film behind. I'm returning the crosswave and going back to vacuuming the floor and mopping it. That does a better job in a shorter amount of time.

I have been looking for a machine that vacuumed the dirty water out of the tile grout lines. A regular mop leaves the dirty water in the grout lines, which dries leaving the grout dirty. Over time it becomes impossible to clean. The crosswave vacuums the water out of the grout line. I'm very happy with this machine and I am thinking about upgrading the cordless one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about four months ago. I just tried to use it for the first. it does nor dispense clean water from the container. I checked everything and primed it etcetera. First, last and only Bissell. Something this simple shouldn't be this hard to figure out why it isn't working.

We have two dogs, one that is not housebroken. We use the Crosswave every other day to keep our hard floors clean. It's easy to use and does a great job for light cleaning, but isn't ideal for deep cleaning. The cleaning solution lasts a long time and leaves the house smelling great. We used to drag out the mop and bucket once a week begrudgingly, but now we love cleaning and vacuuming our floors in half the time!
