I purchased this hoping to clean my area rugs and wood floors and multi-surface floors throughout my home and it does a wonderful job! I wish I would have bought it last year! My first time finding such a cool product this is a keeper and I will use it for many years to come! Don't hesitate to buy it it's easy to clean and it cleans the floors very, very well.

I have three dogs and over 3000 sq feet of wood floors. I vacuum, sweep and mop every day. I was super excited to unpack this guy as soon as it arrived yesterday. And it was incredible. Usually I go through 4-5 microfiber pads, so cleaning a llittle roller and dumping out the dirty water container was a breeze. It got up all the footprints, didn't leave any streaks, and overall made my life easier. It could be improved - I wish the cord was longer, and it doesn't get into corners or up against baseboards as well as I would like. I may invest in the cordless version if things continue to go well, but for right now, I consider it $199 well spent!

I have had my cleaner for 3 years with absolutely no issues. People on here reviewing about the parts are probably forcing the plastic head off. I've had 0 issues with my cleaner for the past 3 years. You do have to at least rinse the dirty water tank before storage. If dirty water is leaking it is most likely due to the filter not being put on correctly. The parts have to be placed correctly for it to work properly and it can easily not be pushed in all the way which is probably the issue these other review are having. 3 people in my family has bought this item because of me and not a single complaint from anyone. I love this appliance, definitely a time saver for me!

Bought this to try before buying one for mom. Its going back. My 20 year old cannister vac and dust mop with Murphy Oil Soap does better, Main problems are; doesn't fit under furniture so ended up moving a lot of furniture, doesn't reach almost an inch against walls, cabinets, etc., heavier and more effort needed compared to mop or steam mop., short cord and small collection bin. Over the years I've had everything from the big green and proheat carpet cleaners to the steam mop and this one, while a good idea, has serious flaws and bottom line takes more effort and strength than vacuum and mop.

Would absolutely not recommend. I turned it on and used it a few times. I had to mop over my floor 3 times to clean it after it was supposed to be clean. I read several articles about this machine and it proved itself for itself by itself. It doesn't make any more noise than a normal vacuum cleaner. I've never used it and it didn't find dirt; the end results are carpets and floors are anti covid 19 clean. I bought it before the infection and am totally satisfied with its cleaning abilities. It has an upgrade now which I am considering (cordless) can go further with my satisfaction however I choose not to. Anyone not happy with them are probably not happy with anything. Ijs

I bought this after seeing many commercials for the cordless version, but after reading the reviews for the cordless version I opted for this corded version and I don't regret it! Wow, my floors are the cleanest that they have been in years! Truly a game-changer when cleaning my floors. Thank you!

I highly recommend this machine. It works great on my hard and carpeted floors, even tough spots. Doesn't get clogged up with pet hair and comes apart easily for cleaning. This is a game changer for anyone, but especially if you have lots of animals.

I have been looking for an easier way to clean my parents hard wood floors and ceramic tiles with grout. Before the only way to get them truly clean was on my hands and knees to clean and dry so the water didn't settle in the wood. The Crosswave did what I did with out getting on my hands and knees.

If anyone can't see results, they aren't using it right!! If you follow the instructions, you will be amazed, just after 1-2 passes you will see how clean your floors could be!! My friends and family joke that I secretly work for bissell because I brag on my crosswave so much! And I only have the very first one that came out! I cannot wait to try a newer model!! I love my crosswave!! I only wish they had a handheld version I could use on countertops and I'd be in cleaning heaven! Lol!
