Recently got a new puppy and needed a way to quickly clean the floors where we keep him. Have only used it on a hard surface floor, but has exceeded my expectations on keeping the floor clean, easily and quickly.

Bought for spouse, she has used it once and loved it. Dark tile floor and no streaks using the Bissell soap that came with it. Only complaint was it didn't get the edges. Cleaning, drying processes was tedious...

This product replaced five mops and sweepers I had in my closet. The ease with which I cleaned my entire house was astounding. And the filth I removed was Yuck (but so grateful for the clean) results. I am pleased to recommend this devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Throw away the mop! I love this product and use it on ceramic tile for the entire house. It is always best to suck up the grime with this machine vs. a simple mop.
