I Love love love this item I never knew my floors were that dirty. Amazes me how easily it vaccums, and mops at the same time. Easy to clean after. I know when I am done my floors are clean and so is the Bissell.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I like it no more dust from a broom flying in the air and I don't have to sweep then mop and I have lots of sand from boots and it gets it all up
