Very pleased with how easy it is to operate and to clean. Previously owned the Hoover floormate and the swivel action of the Bissell Crosswave is much easier to use. It's ability to vacuum as well as mop makes clean up faster and easier.

I love the time saving aspect of this machine, wash button is to sensitive,(find my finger hitting trigger) when only wanting to sweep, little heavier than expected, but would recommend to family and friends.

Best thing I've purchased in a long time! I really does vacuum and mop at the same time. Grandkids, Adult Children, Husband and Dog make it hard to keep my floors clean, well until now. So far I am happy with it.
