This thing is great! We have 4 animals and a baby, this thing picks up and wet cleans the floor at the same time, which cuts the time to clean the floors in half!

Recently got a new puppy and needed a way to quickly clean the floors where we keep him. Have only used it on a hard surface floor, but has exceeded my expectations on keeping the floor clean, easily and quickly.

I have been thinking about this machine since a young lady told me about it. She is putting a lot of tile in her new home. I said "sounds like a lot of mopping?" she said "Not with my Crosswave" Got one LOVE it!!

I sweep and mop everyday. When I got the crosswave and used it....I was shocked! There was so much it picked up that I could not see! I love it! I could not imagine life without it!!

I have hard wood floors and a area rug, I was fighting hair from our dogs and was never winni! We bought the Crosswave and I was so Shocked how good it works! It does it all and I won't go without it now! Excellent, my floors are shiny !

For the price, I was expecting a bit more, the wet clean was fair. The machine doesn't dry the floor completely as advertised. I still had to use a towel to finish dry. It did clean the floor faster than using a mop.
