The only reason I cannot rate an excellent is because the rollers don't hold up great and take a long time to dry. I am guessing I will be spending more than I thought on replacement rollers.

Truly the best multi surface floor cleaner I've ever had. No water left on my floors when finished, so important for real hardwood. My floors always look great!!

Really enjoy the Bissell CrossWave. The only thing I do not like is the fact I can not use it on my floor carpet. Like that I do not have to vacuum first to do the hard wood floors. It will really work great on our floors in Florida
