The only reason I cannot rate an excellent is because the rollers don't hold up great and take a long time to dry. I am guessing I will be spending more than I thought on replacement rollers.

I'm very happy with this vacuum/cleaner cause it has helped me tremendously cleaning the floor throughout my entire house. It saves me time and effort.

There is nothing but good things to say about this Bissell cleaner. It will amaze you! It scrubs and cleans while vacuuming and making my life a whole lot easier. Every house should have one!
