[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the product on my kitchen and bathroom floors. It is really convenient and saves me a ton of time. It ckeans pretty good but does not clean as well as my previously owned Hoover.

I am absolutely obsessed with my crosswave it makes my floors so clean and actually feel clean unlike other floor cleaners I've used that just make it look clean when it's really not.

Daughter loved this . This one was a Christmas gift. She saw how much I love mine and she really wanted it. Works amazing. Leaves her floors nice and clean.

I love, love, love this crosswave cleaner! I have lots of tile and dreaded the chore of mopping it all not to mention the time involved. My life is so much easier now. Thank you Bissell!

This Bissell Crosswave is the greatest! I have a almost three year old and a GSP Dog and this picks up everything as far as vacuum wise. I love the option you have floor/carpet when cleaning! It's amazing to say the least.
