I am a housecleaner and use it every day. It is the best wet floor vac that I have owned. I used the hoover wet vac previously but will never go back. I love my bissel.

This is my second time purchasing the CrossWave. I still love my original one and have had it for 7 years. Bought this one for my daughter! Works great on my laminate and works great on her tile so it's a winner!

I really love the product! Just wish it was shipped to me right the first time. When I called the customer service was horrible the person didn't speak very good English. It by far is the best hard wood cleaner I have ever bought.
