I really expected more from this machine. The floors don't look as clean or shiny as they do when I mop. It doesn't clean stuck on messes very well. I'm debating on returning it but will they again and confirm my expectations.

Best thing I've purchased in a long time! I really does vacuum and mop at the same time. Grandkids, Adult Children, Husband and Dog make it hard to keep my floors clean, well until now. So far I am happy with it.
