I bought three of these for my three kids. They love them! They are so comfortable and easy to set up!! Amazing quality and so affordable! Just wish I could get on in the size my husband and I need!

Thought I was getting hybrid with reinforced edges, I should have kept old mattress. Will never use online again, not worth the money.if this is reinforced Serta has fallen by the wayside.

Not a good buy, that is all. A wasted investment, purchased this bed back in 2019. Very tough and firm. After two years this bed sunk in exactly where i sleep. This bed a cause a shoulder injury to get worse. Stay away from purchasing this bed.

Had this for about 6 months. It was fine at first but once the pillowtop broke down it is now hard as a rock! My husband and myself toss and turn all night just trying to find a position that doesn't cause us pain!

Bed started off great but shortly after getting it, it started to break down. We ended up with a lump down the middle and impressions in bed were we slept. Sams was great about the return and refund.

This mattress left a significant indention after only one night of sleeping on it. It went back quicker than it took to ship to me. Other issue was receiving my refund. It took months to get my money back. I would not recommend this mattress.

They should explain that stained mattress will not be taken away it does not say that or may be in little print somewhere. Was main reason I bought them there.

We have only used this mattress for 6 months, and it has deep dips and gullies and is killing my back. Some mornings I have difficulty getting out of bed and even walking. It was a terrible waste of good money!

Have not use the bed yet. I got it for my son who doesn't know I bought it for him and he will try it when he gets here. But it looks firm and relaxing

We purchased this mattress about 4 months ago and about 2 months ago, it started to have wrinkles or buckle on the top of the mattress. For the price and the brand Serta, you'd think it would hold up better. Very disappointed
