I've had my new mattress for probably about 6 weeks now. I was super excited to upgrade from a queen to a king. Unfortunately I do not find it comfortable. I guess it is firm, but it feels like sleeping on a pile of cardboard. My body actively aches while in bed. I wake up trying to shake it off but it doesn't go away.

I bought this a month ago. The item was delivered with stains on one side of the item which is disgusting. I've been trying to return this item for over 60 days now. I have talked to Sam's Club(who frequently disconnects me when they attempt to connect me to their Serta team), I've talked to their Serta team who has guaranteed on multiple occasions that they have set up a pickup and even given me contact information for the delivery company that they work with. There is no communication between Sam's Club, Serta, and their delivery service(XPO). So, I'm currently stuck with a disgusting item that is supposed to have a great return policy and it doesn't. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I know many people love Sam's Club matresses, but I would never recommend buying an item that needs to be delivered because if it is damaged they can't always assist you.
