OFFLINE-Serta Castleview Cushion Firm Pillowtop King Mattress Set

Purchased this for a guest room.  Delivery was smooth, all set up for guests next month.  All seems OK

Great mattress so far

After just 7 months I'm already sleeping in a pit. The middle of the mattress has a bump and then my husband is in a pit of his own.

Sinking

I bought this mattress in Sept. and it is Jan. and it has body impressions where we sleep.  I  would love to return and find something better.  Sad that it sags cause it is a comfy mattress.

Already saging

I ordered two sets....one set is ok....the second set is a bed of rocks.  It has developed a dip on one side and is very uncomfortable. The rating reflects the bed that is ok.  The second bed is less than zero ....

For a guest room so didn't want to spend a lot

The delivery was good but the product was damaged.   After multiple attempts at getting a replacement finally I am able to schedule one. 
Then, i call back because I never received a confirmation email, for them to tell me they have to order the replacement all over again!   Then they inform me another 4-8 weeks.   Now onto the actual product.  We have had it for a total of 3 1/2 weeks.  Its already completely  dipped  from the two of us sleeping in it.   There are very noticeable indents.   We are not Large people, we don't lay on bed for 23 hours of the day.  Overall, i would not recommend.   I am actually considering cancelling the replacement and getting a full refund.

Even though my "King Koil" mattress was 12 years old, I wasn't looking to buy another mattress just yet. While shopping at Sam's I noticed the great sale on the "Serta Castleview" in the store and went home and went online to do more research. I'm glad I did as you get free "white glove delivery" free when buying the same mattress online. I purchased the firm pillowtop am very pleased with it so far with it. Very comparable to my old "King Koil".
