This product does what it says it is going to do. I usually don't wear pads alone but due to some personal problems I can only wear pads for now. But I was scared that I was going to leak everywhere and fill it on the pad. But so far so good since I found these.

This pad doesn't absorb as advertised. Even after buying the Overnight Extra Heavy Flow one, it still does not do the job. Also, it is EXTREMELY annoying and uncomfortable. The pad needs to be wider. It is too thin and since it is flexible it bunches up in places and doesn't cover completely. I find myself using my other ULTRA thin pads even though I have a heavy flow. I'd rather use those and change them more frequently than have to deal with the discomfort of these annoying pads. Will NOT be buying again. Want my money back.

I had high hopes for these pads! I picked some up on my lunch break to try something new for my heavy flow. I put one on at the end of the work day, went to the grocery store (ironically to pick up more pads) and went home. That whole process was no more than an hour. Midway through the grocery store I had a sinking feeling that this pad was not cutting it. I raced to my bathroom at home to find that indeed, it had leaked, and badly! My flow was heavy, but not Niagara Falls worthy, and definitely not something an extra heavy overnight pad shouldn`t have been able to handle! The wings felt too flimsy and the adhesive was just awkward on them. The pad also didn`t seem to distribute the flow evenly, which seems to be why I had such a bad leak. Just gave these pads one more try, and barely made it to the ladies room to prevent a leak I could feel coming on after 1.5 hours. I am certainly glad I didn`t try to actually use these overnight! I LOVE the Always Extra Heavy Overnight MAXI, so I assumed I would like these! Not so much.....

My local store was completely sold out of my regular maxi pads the Always Maxi Pads, Extra Heavy Overnight, so I pretty much had to settle for these for more than $2 more a pack or go with another brand which was not an option for me. I have to honestly say these things were an epic fail for me, they are labeled as extra heavy, overnight but they are basically a regular sized, thin pad with wings.. way too small. Maybe these were not designed to be worn with full coverage briefs, instead maybe for bikini underwear. I had constant leaks and the wings would come unattached from my underwear causing the whole pad to stick to itself. I found myself having to change the pads ever two hours, at night I had to wear 2 of them just to get full coverage, so by the 3rd day of my 5 day cycle I had completely run out. No thanks, I'll stick with my Always Maxi Pads, Extra Heavy Overnight, they are 2x longer, $2 cheaper, thicker and there are no leaks.

I have a heavy flow. And worry about leaks. I find the regular ultrathin bunch up on me and leak no matter what I do or how often I change, especially at night. When I first opened these they seemed thinner and narrower and were full of holes. I thought this is a mistake. There is no way these will work. I tried them anyway. I have not had any leaks. Not even at night. They stay in place, absorb faster, and they don't bunch up. They feel more comfortable too. Almost can't feel them. Which makes you want to check if you forgot to put it on. I feel cleaner during my period too.

As an older premenopausal woman, my monthly flow is extreamly heavy. Even during the day I would have to use two extra long night time pads! A friend suggested the Always # 5 flex foam pads. When I got them home and opened them, I laughed! There was no way this thin pad was going to protect me during the day never mind night! But my friend swore by them. So I gave it the ultimate test! I put one on at bed...with a thick towel under me of course! I was completely amazed! Not only are they comfortable because it's like wearing nothing! But no leaks and this was the heaviest flow time for me! Not only that, but I didnt feel soaking wet! These are amazing! I won't use anything else! Oh my God! No more accidents! Amen!

I absolutely LOVE these pads! These pads came with me to the hospital after having both of my kids and they were a lifesaver. Not only were they comfortable, but they DID NOT LEAK. You feel bad enough after having a baby.... and the hospital pads certainly DON'T help, so to have that reassurance that you can wear something for more than 5 minutes without having to change it is awesome. The radiant and flexfoam are my go to's. In FIVE YEARS I have NEVER not once had a leak <3 <3 <3

Thank goodness for these pads! I am a chemistry major so I do a lot of standing,walking and sitting in class and lab. I HATE leaks and I hate missing class because of my cycle. These infinity pads are great. The best part is that they are comfortable. On my first day, I forgot I was wearing it. Thank you for this. I told all the females in my labs about these pads.

Didn't think I'd have to wait until the age of 43 until there would be a sanitary towel that keeps me dry and doesn't leak - I bought these by accident just picked them up in supermarket didn't look at them - put them on and kept staring at them everytime I went to change pad because there was hardly anything on the top yet the pad was heavy if you turn it upside down you could see it all locked away. I suffered so bad every month with itching because my periods were so heavy having upto 4/5 showers a day just to stop the itchiness - NOT NOW - well done always you've literally changed my life

It sounds so cliche but for a women who battles with Endometriosis, I have incredibly heavy periods and these have been an absolute life changer. No matter how much I bleed (clots included)(sorry), I always feel dry. I actually went out of my way to find a place to write a review on these.
