Best pads on the market. They absorb everything, keep you dry and are so thin. if leaks ever happen it is not because it is too full. I have used these for years and I am still surprised how well these work on heavy days.

I used this product today for the first time and was greatly pleased. I have an extremely heavy flow due to my fibroids. This pad provided a leak-free day which is something I have NEVER had during a cycle. I thank you Always Infinity! I feel confident and secure.

Always is my favorite brand of pads! I became addicted to the FlexFoam line when it came out. I have an extremely heavy flow particularly on the second day of my period. Though Always is a great brand, no matter which pads I would use from their various lines, I had to use two pads and change them after 3hrs on my heaviest day. I would bleed through my pants if I waited any longer than 3hrs and this gave me quite a bit of anxiety. I just wore one Infinity FlexFoam pad size 5 for 10hrs on my heaviest day and I have no leaks!!! This is amazing because 10hrs through the night is great but usually when I lay on my side not much flow comes out anyway, so 10hrs during the day is just insane with no leaks. That's 10hrs of moving around on my heaviest period day and the pad was still holding up. I probably wouldn't wear my pad for that long in the future just to stay fresh but I was really impressed and I would highly recommend this pad to all my heavy flowing girls out there!!! It's long enough that you don't need two pads, its absorbent enough to handle a heavy flow, and its so comfortable that it feels like you're wearing nothing.

First off I have a extremely heavy periods no matter if its day one or the last one I half to ware Depends for women that's how bad they are any way I had to purchase these since my store was out of what I purchase I like the Always Infinity Flex foam you cant even tell you have them on that's nice and they hold up nice I have not had an issue with these yet I have noticed that if you turn the pad around to have the big wide piece upfront instead of the back they hold well I have not had an issue with the adhesive not sticking I will not give up my depends for my overnight protection but these are great for during the day and until you go to bed I have not yet got the courage to ware them to bed I value my bedding lol but other than that I highly recommend them give them a shot and try to turn them around with the wide end up front it helps

I have always used Always brand to begin with, but my periods are so heavy I would bleed through their purple overnight pads no problem (especially at nighttime). But they were always the best brand regardless, I just thought I'd never get to enjoy a stain-free period. I saw these on the shelf when I went to buy pads. The "absorbs 10x its weight" caught my eye so I thought "why not." First of all, the comfort of them is unrivled. Even the regular version of Always brand pads would make me uncomfortable down there after a week of wearing them. But these are SO SOFT it's like a cloud down there. No joke! Another thing that happened with Always regular pads (not "regular" in length but the non-flex foam ones) was they would sometimes pull up on the wings. These ones have not done this or shifted or moved, so that's really nice. Finally...the dreaded overflow.... OK not to be gross here (chances are high it's mostly girls reading this review anyways) but I left the first one on for the first day of my period (moderate to a lighter heavy flow) and not a single overflow accident occurred even when on for the whole day! In fact, the pad was completely full, but it kept it all in! Score 1 for this pad. Then i changed it out and put one on for overnight. Now I'm telling you that i would wake up suddenly to the overflowing accidents that happen when moving around in all different positions at night and I'd be running to the bathroom to do a big dramatic change of clothes etc. Embarrassing!!! But i slept like a baby all night (with heavier flow) and in the morning changed it and again it was full, but never ONCE overflowed!!! SAY WHAT!?!?!?!? These are seriously a HOMERUN!! Oh my gosh i cant! <3 These will be the ONLY pads I buy from here on out!

Preface: You won't usually catch me taking the time to write reviews, let alone on pads!! So, the fact that I'm writing this, to, me, says a lot! Please don't stop making these! I have tried so many types, even different ones from Always but none have measured up to these! I put them to the ultimate test. I have a labor intensive job and wearing "diaper" thick pads was not comfortable and they always leaked. I refuse to wear tampons so I needed something lightweight but super absorbant and flexible. These were perfect for me!! I really hope Always doesn't stop making these!!!

I have never had a leak. I try to get other people to try them all the time. They are like they are too thin and stuff. I always tell them that I flow very heavy and these work wonderfully for me. Even compared to other always overnight pads, these work better for me. I am an always fan for life and have never even used another type of pad, but when I tried the infinity line, I have been hooked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Always Infinity Size 5 extra heavy overnight pads with wings as a review promotion. I typically use tampons but on my heavy days I always use a pad at bedtime. I decided to try these pads alone overnight and I was amazed at the protection I had all night long. Having the wings helps them stay in place and gives a little extra protection, along with being extra thick and wide. I will continue to use these pads from now on.
