this unit will not respond to the remote to change channels , takes a long time to start up and when it does respond to a command it takes an unusually long time, the only question left is am i going to send it back or throw it in the trash.

This smart TV us a good value. It was simple to set up. It comes with a remote however, you can use your phone instead. If it had better sound I would give it five stars.

Every time we would turn on this TV, Vizio Home Screen would require us to sign up. I even added the phone app; ordered & installed new cable boxes & requested Cable Technition. Nothing worked & Vizio TV returned. Do NOT buy!!!

Setting this TV up was the most aggravating experience I've had in a long time! What happened to the days when you could just plug the TV in and watch it? Even after getting it set up it doesn't work right. I'm going to return this.

A nice quality picture. Just right for my bedroom. I would've given 5 stars except the legs are very loose after repeated attempts to get them tight they just won't so its wobbly. Id recommend mounting because of this
