[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 24” Visio for our bedroom. The setup was easy; the color quality & contrast produced a brilliant result. The feature for favorite channels and shows are great.

The aspect ratio keeps changing and cuts heads off. I have to change it about once an hour or every time I change stations. We have 4 other Vizio TVs with no problems but this one is junk.

The sound on it is terrible and also if you watch the free movies on TV they they speak and then five seconds later The Voice comes up terrible TV don’t buy it

The only thing I don't like is the fact you have to download an app just to get the TV to work. What if someone doesn't have a smartphone or computer?

The TV is light as a feather. The sound quality is less than expected however they offer a sound bar to remedy this issue. The tv absolutely serves its purpose for my wife’s office.

the TV is absolutely great I love the built-in apps and the Vizio so that I can get basic TV without having to pay for TV service the picture is phenomenal

Vizo is a very good electronic company over all. I have had a lot of electronic from them and the only one problem i have with them is once the electronic drop it’s only cast u another one. Bc getting it fix cast more to do so.

it won't let me change channels I've ended up watching one channel for 2 weeks and got a new remote and it's still it's not working I'm going to take it back
