Needed a television for a 93yo person who does not stream. Even though it asks you to connect to your wifi you can opt out of that and only one remote (our spectrum one) is needed. Only problem is when the older person accidentally hits a button and it goes back to 'connect to wifi'.....oh boy! It was a good purchase.

Software has had issues. Froze twice already. Picture freezes and the remote was worthless. Nice Tv till that happened. I am beginning to not like Smart TVs. They mess up too frequently. I wish somebody made just a dumb tv you could add the system you want. Apple, Amazon , etc. not sure I will buy another Vizio.

My tv picture went out on my old tv on sat afternoon, i ordered this new tv online sat night, was picked up on sun %26 my stepbrother hooked it all up for me. He didn't have any problems. I had to install the vizio app on my phone which only took a few minutes. The remote that comes w/this tv is a LOT smaller than usual (fits your palm) %26 has 6 most used app buttons on it (prime, Netflix %26 etc) so thats a little convenient. It also has 300 free tv channels. I still have cable so, thats all ive watched so far. Otherwise, the picture is great %26 i didn't get a soundbar but i hear just fine w/out it. I have it sitting on a dresser in front of my bed, i watch it from the side a lot also %26 don't have any picture distortion problems. Im happy so far with everything.

This Tv has been nothing but problems, from setting it up, to having issues with it not wanting to start and the power light blinking. And the fack that Visio has decided to be like Roku and require you to have an account just to be able to use your Tv sucks...

It has already stopped working

Excellent product for the price. A "must have" for any family that wants seperate entertainment at the same time.

Good tv. It works great for my boys room. The volume can be a little weird depending on the app but i think thats most tvs

Purchased for my father who is enjoying the picture and sound quality for this unit. Good value for a space apartment/room.

Not the best picture, but okay for the price. Easy to set up. The remote is small and sometimes lags.

There is a white line pulsing across the bottom since minute one when video plays. Have done update etc
