The remote control for the 32inch tv that I purchased is TOO SMALL. I have average size hands and the remote is so small that my fingers hit multiple functions at once by accident. The volume control especially is nearly impossible to use!! I have a 50 inch model and the remote is full size and works much better!!

I just can't get this TV to sound good at all. I have to keep turning it up and down between scenes, ads, and different shows, and then sometimes right in the middle of a show. I got it to finally stop losing the picture all together (turning it off and then on again, several times a day) but the low sound is nerve wracking to me so I hope it fixes itself soon. I know it was cheap and on sale, but I just wished it worked as well as my first VIZIO.

I don't have internet and will use my phone hotspot to connect to stream shows. It seems every time I switch from antenna to hotspot, it wants to do a system or app update with no way to manually stop it. So, it is using up my limited amount of hotspot data to do updates. If you have regular internet to connect to, I would think it would work fine. It was cheap enough on sale at the end of the year to use with my antenna at my lake house in place of my old analog tvs. I have other Vizios and they are my preferred brand.

This is the third smart Tv we have bought recently and out of the 3- the easiest set up by far! No need to fight with Roku to set up an account- because it doesn't use Roku. It does however have a ton of free content, including local channels -complete with a guide channel (as if it wasn't user friendly enough already! ) I am seriously considering canceling the $200 a month dish service that we have and replacing all of our TVs with Vizio smart TVs. This 32” Vizio was only a few dollars less than the 19” Roku nightmare, which was the next least expensive smart TV. Truthfully I would have paid even more because the Roku was so difficult to set up that we were seriously considering returning it before it stopped working all together- so we used the amazing Walmart extended warranty, which ended up just refunding us for the price of that TV, instead of sending another God awful replacement that would have had to be set up again! To the point- save the $ you would spend on headache medicine trying to set up a Roku TV and put it towards a VIZIO with the Walmart extended warranty!

It is constantly turning itself on, so seems possessed. And it doesn't connect to our cable system. All I can get to is Netflix, so I have to go to our old TVs to watch my recording shows. I don't have TV to spend my life watching it. No wonder our country is in such bad physical shape and the life expectancy dropped.

item would not sync up with the internet Wi-Fi. it appeared like it did when I first took it up, but continue to buffer and not make connection. I would go through and get the right channel. it would be fine while I was watching it, but if I tried to turn up the volume on the TV it would freeze and continue to buffer. I added the app to my phone. I would have to use the remote for part of it, but when it started buffering, I had to use the app off my phone to reset the channel the volume the show. frequently it would have to go through up to nine commercials before I could do anything. NOT WORTH THE STRESS! ULTIMATELY RETURNED FOR REFUND.

You require an account providing all the users data so you can, according to the terms, sell it to. 3rd parties just to be able to use it as a TV. Will never buy another Vizio even though I have bought several. TV seems fine, the scam is not. This opinion is all over Reddit.

Software has had issues. Froze twice already. Picture freezes and the remote was worthless. Nice Tv till that happened. I am beginning to not like Smart TVs. They mess up too frequently. I wish somebody made just a dumb tv you could add the system you want. Apple, Amazon , etc. not sure I will buy another Vizio.

I would recommend this for anyone who is getting their first flatscreen TV for themselves or a gift for a neighbor who has helped you out or a family member out as a birthday Christmas present. For better sound of better quality I highly recommend this. The 3-D capabilities are wonderful. The picture is bright and you are able to see what you need to very easily. The motion is smooth along with the easy set up of what the smart things app and the LED back lights really helps. bring the pressure bright and the live so you can see and understand what is going on your TV at that particular time.
