If you are a older person it is to hard to setup account to watch. To many step . Log on the computer to get it setup . every person does not want to make an account just to watch tv.

Had a similar one from 2019 it was pretty good for the price but "Black screen of death" so picked up this one $78 with 3 year warranty $9 delivered in under 30 minutes. Great picture

This television has a very bright clear picture. Setup was amazingly easy. The price point was right. Overall, I would recommend this television. The built-in apps are great as well!

Bought for our garage. Great item! Was a little confusing setting up the app but once set up, easy to use. Recommend for the price! We even bought a second one to replace the way old 19” we had in the kitchen.

Simply stopped working after being on for a while, tried power cycling and everything. Pretty sure this was a defect shoved back in a box. Buyer beware.

Sound quality is terrible. I woukd give this tv zero stars. Very poor picture quality %26 sound. The picture is terrible. We own an 18 yr old Vizio that has better quality. Thats why I bought this Vizio. I don't recommend this tv at all.

TV is as advertised, but the remote pictured is NOT what was included with the TV - disappointing!! We looked up the TV before we bought it to check on the remote. That was the only reason we went for this one over the Onn smart tv that was cheaper.

My understanding is open box gives you all the hardware but it didn't include any. Very disappointing since I was so excited to set up the TV in my new gym. And it costs $19 to just get the screws.

TV legs do not lock securely in place making it unsteady. The screws are as tight as they go and legs are still loose. Better to mount on the wall if possible. This is not an option for me.

You have to download the Vizio app and Walmart app to use this tv. That was not clear in the description. Hard to get past the Vizio app to use fire stick
