I was afraid when this said smart tv that I was going to go through the same mess as the Roku but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up, especially with my Fire TV. Simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a small Smart TV for my kitchen and could NOT get it connected. The box had a different remote than the diagram on the directions. Everytime I got to my password, it went back to the beginning when I hit any key on the remote. A "technie" friend also could not get it connected and suggested it was the TV. I returned it to the store.

Installation was easy but programming was extremely difficult. Unable to change channels without waiting for an hourglass to run before the channel would change. Too time consuming!! Didn't care for the tiny buttons on the remote. Not senior friendly at all! On a positive note, picture clarity was great; sound was good. I always appreciate the quality brand, but this item was a little too high-tech for this senior. May be more appropriate for the younger generation.

wifi dual >a little sliw. stand legs are Too small, Vizio is now own WM product. Support services from tech<less than stellar. otherwise Tv is good. Some apps for subscription must be verify. 40 one is good too. bigger stand legs. You dont need to down for remote use. Use the remotes included, product registration required, data collection, not too happy about. Support AI , tells you to go purchase replacement even when new.

I love Vizio tv's!! Its simple to use and the pre-installed apps make it easy, if you dont have their subscription. Plus each movie listing will say "free with prime" or have different color codes at the bottom so youll know if it's Apple TV, Disney (Disney is part of the Prime subscription), Peacock, HBO, Prime, etc. The only thing I wish it did was lower the volume when watching. Some character's speak softly so you have to crank the volume. If commercials are part of that viewing experience, they are incredibly loud!

Great picture great of everything really it’s really good. I was having a little bit of a problem, but then I got it with the channels and the guys and how to, but we got it. I suggested buying the pictures good the colors are good. Everything I know I recommend it. The price is good to.

Unbelievable that a Walmart account is required to use the "Smart TV" features. Have tried every way possible to set it up, but the Vizio setup will not take the codes sent by Walmart. We've tried email and text. Now I understand why people say they just want electronics that just work straight out of the box.

The TV has very nice picture quality I mean, sharp and clear the only con which I only deducted one star is the volume and sound. The sound is not as rich and full, but what do you want for the price that I paid $118 so I'm OK with it. It's a good buy for my home office. I would recommend it to anyone.
