[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV gets a bad rap, and I have no clue why. The picture resolution, color, and brightness are beautiful. It's easy to access all my apps to watch things. The picture contrast on all live events is amazing, and it works really fast with my Wi-Fi. The only thing that is bad about it is the standard TV remote it comes with. You have to point it directly at the eye on the bottom left of the TV to get it to work. But we have other remotes that work better and have no issues with, so it's refreshing to know I can use other remotes. That's my only qualm, I guess, is the remote, but that's an easy fix.

We only use it with the apps installed into it so they use Internet only and quite a little internet they use. We watch TV all day it looks crystal clear and they last a long time!

It's hard not to notice it once you enter the room and every furniture is arranged as if facing the TV. I love its crystal clear image quality and the vibrancy of its resolution is astounding. I love that it has this feature that adjusts its brightness based on how well-lit or dim the room is, doesn't hurt the eyes at all. The controller is quite easy to get used to and navigating the interface is a breeze. The built-in speakers are also great. I used to pair it with a sound bar but it is actually never needed due to the loud and clear audio.

The contrast, colors, refresh and its light & mode settings make for easy viewing in all lighting. Every enjoyable feature of my past Samsung tvs is even easier and faster (not to mention better on the larger screen, i love the 85"!!!) All of the features are outstanding and the different modes for viewing and ease of switching ensures documentaries, drama/action movies, or sports are sure to keep you entertained! I have a 2008 58" plasma that isn't plugged in but im not tossing it! A 2018 65" & a 2023 55" all of which ive used and loved for decades. I've enjoyed the free 'Samsung TV' television lineup for a long time now and its just an added bonus to the best brand tvs and phones I've ever owned. I'm very happy recently (after forgetting to download movies into the last New England winter storm) we lost power, and being a recent right leg amputee after 2 years 13 botched limb salvage surgeries and 2 years of setbacks i spend a lot of time in bed unfortunately but was amazed at the ease and quality i was able to stream my Netflix on my television from my galaxy Ultra phone both in great quality & with minimal generator consumption (no other options w wifi down! Very easy to use and navigate fast updates and loading of apps make it a joy! If I had to critique one thing it would be the volume but sound quality is good just not as loud as like and my 350W Samsung surround sound solves that. Again im just saying if i had to pick one thing it would be sound but thats universal with all the new ultra thin tvs nowadays...and who doesn't use at least a sound bar these days anyway. I love it! All my TVS are currrently Samsung (i left a Phillips from 2 black Fridays ago w my ex. currently and i was planning on buying a qled tcl on black Friday but got this new 85" Samsung for the same price of the sold out 75" Tcl and i haven't regret it for a second!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a a lower profile smart TV that was still big enough to give us a good viewing experience. This set fills that need. It has great color and contrast. The picture is really sharp. The preloaded apps were adequate, but could have offered more, most notably YouTubeTV. The remote is user friendly, only lacking a voice control option.

Really nice picture quality in all areas of brightness, contrast and resolution. Watching anything on the Streaming Apps is super fast with a high quality refresh rate. The remote is excellent also.

I would give it 5 stars….but…..Do not like the remote at all because it doesn't light up, and there is no voice commands. I looked up options for other Samsung remotes but it asked me for my zip code and then said it's not available in my area (greater Boston)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's in good condition and all ,very clear but I can't seem to really get my phone to really cast when I use my airplay. I mean I tried Spotify and it worked so far like it just so the albums of the songs that i'll play (which i'm okay with) but I couldn't connect it to YouTube it wasn't casting or like screen showing of me trying to even get it to work on the TV though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent TV! It never fails me in loading or start up. Screen is visible from all areas of the room. It's bright to the point I wear sunglasses at times. The resolution is perfect. I rarely have to use the refresh feature as it wields author trouble. The contrast is great for gaming, live TV, and streaming services.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv looks great and easy to use. Its everything i could expect for the price. Only complaint is i can not hook up my samsung soundbar to it trough earc and use all of my apps for sound. But connecting through bluetooth works just fine.
