Samsung products is something that this family loves, so when we got this TV, we knew it wouldn't be short of amazing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great. The only thing I would suggest is be careful about keeping your brightness up because it will burn out your LEDs.. my first TV blew after less than a year and a half. I didn't realize that the brightness would do that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv was very easy to set up once you enroll on the Samsung web site. I had a picture within 10 minutes. Picture is clear. I only watch this tv for several hours , in bed at night. The remote is hard to use , instructions are not clear and I can't figure out how to setup the main screen. I am a senior and this remote is not friendly, nor are the instructions, hence the 4 stars.

Resolution is nice. Easy to refresh going back to home button. Wish there was another usb port. Would be nice if it was a pedistal mount vs. Legs on both ends.

I understand that more people stream than ever, but launching into a main screen with the option to bring in cable or home theater via HDMI1/eARC or direct cable input buried several menus down is annoying for those who understand electronics and confusing for those who don't. Also, the eARC interaction between the Samsung TV and the Denon home theater receiver via eARC is balky and unreliable.
