My laptop. My speakers. Love how quickly the response to everything is is . Smooth fast and clear The contrast color sound etc stays the same over time never wears out . Over the 2 years I've had it is still the same as the day I bought it. Over 25 years I've bought nothing but Samsung and for the next 25 years I'm still only going to buy Samsung It's the best TV out there you get high quality without paying how prices. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate how it just starts playing audio from the built in channels. Sometimes its very loud and wakes people up. I would much rather prefer the audio is muted when the TV is first turned on. The TV takes a lot longer to load than my previous model Samsung. It's lacking some of the convenient features my previous model had. My older model worked with my ROKU remote, so I could use the 1/8" headphone jack for headphones and carry around the remote. Navigating through the HDMI inputs is a real pain. Some unnecessary buttons on the remote result in constant interruptions during playback while the TV is loading some feature that nobody wants.

The Visio had a better picture viewing angle and had a pedestal mount that worked well on our chest of drawers. We returned the Samsung and purchased a superior LG model that has better picture quality, better viewing angle, boots faster and has a more usable remote control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 43 inch model UN43U8000FD is a nice fit for my bedroom and I'm pleased with the quality of the picture. However the remote leaves a lot to be desired. It's so small as to be almost ridiculous. Can't use it in the dark and, always have to reach for my glasses to try and find the very small buttons and is not user-friendly.

The picture is very clear and bright; the sound is acceptable.  What annoys me is having to set up an account in order to add apps. Also, the remote is awful. The buttons are simply too small and there's no microphone on it. Really? I ordered a new remote and already returned it. Same as the one that came with the TV but it had the microphone icon. Same small buttons and ridiculous way to control the sound. I found the microphone to be pretty useless. It opens a browser on the TV. It doesn't take you to the shows you want to watch like the ROKU stick does. I downloaded the SmartThings app to my Samsung phone so I can use it as the TV remote.However, trying to "share" it to another phone is a nightmare. WHY does Samsung make user interface so difficult? This TV might be the last Samsung product I purchase.
