[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is not your run-of-the-mill TV and I've have every brand I've had LG I've had Vizio I've had Hisense but this TV is not even the best at Samsung offers and it blows away all the other competitors great TV very user friendly and it connects with all my devices absolutely love it wouldn't want another brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Viewing is normally great. It works well with our attic antenna most of the time, and we’re about 20 miles from the transmission towers. It also works well with our internet feeds. We really like the picture and audio, and it pairs well with our Samsung Sound Bar. And we really like Samsung’s TV programming package, a whole lot of choices besides sports and product ad programs that regular cable seems to think everyone loves. Only downer, when the antenna signal gets weak it drops the input and says there is no connection to the antenna. But for that I would have given it 5 stars.

Adjustments only go so far, it’s still difficult to watch for a long period of time because of eye strain. The past models were so much better then the current line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good TV so far, my last TV was the Samsung curved TV that I moved into the room. Love the size but the menu could use a little help. To much clutter I would say(gotta explore the settings myself) The resolution is nice; its clear and easy on the eyes. Having the eco mode to help with the brightness is good too.

More fast access buttons would be nice to have. The Samsung channel button is sort of hard to navigate on the landing page.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this 65" Crystal UHD 4K TV made me realize my old TV was basically a toaster with a screen 😅 The picture is crazy sharp, like I can see every pore on someone’s face kind of clear. Colors pop without looking weird,the contrast and brightness are amazing and movies feel way more cinematic. Even random YouTube videos look upgraded. Setup was super easy, no stress, no arguing with instructions,the smart features are actually fast for once. No waiting forever for apps to load, which is a win. Sound is decent, but if you really wanna feel like you’re in a movie theater, a sound bar helps a lot, for everyday watching, it does the job. Also, it just looks nice, thin, sleek, and makes your living room feel a little more “put together” even if everything else isn’t lol. Overall, for the price, this thing is 100% worth it. No regrets at all.

Really nice picture quality in all areas of brightness, contrast and resolution. Watching anything on the Streaming Apps is super fast with a high quality refresh rate. The remote is excellent also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, contrast, and color aren’t as good as they look in the store and home. There is some noticeable difference between close up photography (film) movies and scenes whereas the scenes are much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clearest brightest resolution I have ever had. Colors are so bright and crisp and bold.. Easy setup for this 70+ old lady. It's everything I had and loved in my tablet. I highly recommend and most likely will be purchasing again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm good with the resolution of the 50" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. I have three Samsung TV's. I have one serious problem with this TV. In my lest of channels I have all the local over the air stations. Also in my list is about six Samsung apps. When I click to watch any of these apps I can no longer scroll up or down as I am no long in my personal list of over the air and apps list I have chosen but am tossed into a list of apps akin to the one I am viewing and can only get back to my personal list by opening Guide and choosing a channel from there. The channel (CH) up-down is no longer in my personal list. Why? I've never experienced this type of failure and cannot find a fix for it. Why? Also, the channel changer is not as convenient as the previous one and use my old channel changer instead. And, this matters not which manufacturer but all channel controls seem to slip or tilt or slide in the hand. Why? Thanks for your time.
