The issue with the TV is the Samsung software is slow. The settings menu opens slow. I also had the TV for 2 months and had to have the main board replaced. The settings and menus are straight forward and the online features are great. You can download your streaming apps.

I like the basic remote, no extra unnecessary buttons that get in the way. Everything I have watched has been clear and sharp pictures, a great 4K TV. Yes I would recommend this to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We placed this TV in our bedroom and are very satisfied with the picture and sound quality. We have just 2 disappointments with this TV. #1 You cannot do voice commands into this remote. This would be helpful in a dark bedroom. This was our fault as we didn't check it out prior to purchasing. #2 When attempting to set the sleep timer, more often than not, it results in switching the position of the sleep timer icon rather than increasing the length of time desired for the TV to shut off. A Samsung rep said that you have to quickly depress the center button in order to increase the time for shut off ( ex: 30, 60 120 minutes). If you depress it any longer than a very quick press, it goes into "movement of icon" mode. This has been problematic and aggravating. If it weren't for this, I'd give it 5 stars.

I got an email from the insiders saying they have these new Samsung models and after further inspection, I decided to jump back in and bought the 65”. Turns out I made the right choice. This is the best TV I've ever watched for movies, shows, streaming, YouTube, video games & more. The picture and audio quality are top-tier. The setup was easy. The remote and Home Screen navigation is very user friendly. I would recommend this TV and brand to anyone looking for a new Home Screen setup.

The resolution is very good, and the picture quality on the larger screen is excellent. Very Sharp picture. You cannot compare the differences between HD and the New UHD. Love it. Thank you

I thought I was settling for this one. How wrong was I…? I had seen past model reviews and they were not very favorable, this is the new 2025 model and it has rectified every issue that was complained about on the TU series AU series and DU series of this television animated twice as good as what one would've expected for the price. A 4K television with the kind of sound that this television produces would cost a lot more money than what it does the crispness the clarity of both audio and visual is just amazing. When I turned this television on, I thought they sent me the wrong item because I know what I paid for this television And the list price is so inexpensive for the quality. Don't be fooled by this tiny remote control, its functionality is just as user friendly as one with numbers and more buttons, as voice control operates this remote. This television can connect AirPods and so many other auxiliary items with 3 HDMI ports, streaming services of iHeartRadio, Apple TV+ Disney+, Hulu, Max, Netflix, Paramount, plus Peacock prime video Spotify and YouTube TV that works with Amazon, Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung Bixby… What more could you ask for. This is so convenient if you have children and you don't have time to channel surf or fish through the Internet. The free movies and the free channels are an added bonus. I did not even expect. Samsung thank you so much for a product. I didn't even know I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming is fast to connect and samsung channels. Sometimes it forgets favorite apps and shows and i have to go searching. My roomie passed and it wont let me sign in via the samsung login fully. Kinda weird but overall the tv is cool.
