Upon purchasing this TV and getting it set up it was immediately evident that this product had a much better picture. The black was much deeper and the overall optics were deeper. More detailed. We hanes been very pleased with this product and have been replacing all our tv's with Samsung tv's. We have gone from a family we previously owned no Samsung tv's to currently owning 3.

It has the processing speed to play my Playstation 5 and not have any lagging issues as well as breathing taking gaming play. The blacks are very dark and the refresh rate is spectacular!

I like the fact that as soon as you turn it on it shows where you left off and which apps are your favorites, shows as well, and it even suggests shows/movies based on your current views . MetalStream Design is top notch! Endless Free Content which allows us to have more variety for viewing! Color Booster that makes images much more clearer and sharp! A must!

Product syncs with my other samsung products, such as sound bar system, my mobile phone, my other smart TVs and can be controlled using Smart Things App. Height can be adjusted by the support legs, making taller to place sound bar under and flush looking. Glad I made this choice!

After researching some comparatives we settled in the Crystal UHD, 50" and are very happy with our choice. The colors are vibrant, sound is clear and loud if you want that. It is packed with all the Smart TV apps you might find yourself needing/wanting. It was very easy to setup after we logged into the TV and it installed it's mandatory updates.

The use of a sound bar takes this TV to the next level. The color and depth and hyper life imaging is stunning. The smart functions not much different than any other smart TV. Simple and basic. If your looking for a TV that has the bells and whistles, and has and amazing image, a TV that's quality out weights the price. This is the one to get.

Once it turned on we needed the phone to scan a code and it was misery from there. Too hard for seniors and we are computer literate! We got the app from that QR code and it kept picking up my LR tv and wouldn’t let me add the BR tv. Once we got it to work, it doesn’t last the tv channels like my LR tv does. Not liking it but I guess it will s cheap enough to watch tv to go to bed.

Picture quality is superb, sound is amazing and the new slim, sexy remote is easy to use. I enjoy all of the features, Samsung plus ➕️ and lots more. Overall, it's a well improved television.
