[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Samsung tv and I'm pretty loyal to Samsung products as they are usually mu favorite. I needed a new TV for my living room and my budget wasn't very big but I found this one and the price was good and resounable. The picture is great and crisp. It turns game mode on automatically when I turn one of my consoles on. The apps and streaming work pretty seamlessly. If I had one gripe it would be that the app store needs to be a little more expansion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband love our our Crystal UHD Samsung TV product we watched movies cuz there are so many diverse apps to pick from and choose from it's easy user friendly software makes it very simple for us to log on and connect with Wi-Fi and we can play the games that come with the TV standard there's so many different games to play we love watching documentaries and forging fire they're just so much user friendly about this product and the clarity is amazing there's no contest on any other TVs we've had in the past we've had LG we've had Panasonic we've had all kinds of televisions in the past and none of them even compares to the clarity and almost three dimensional look that are Samsung television has no contest hands down absolutely the best product we recommend it to everybody!

It has been great for streaming movies and shows, watching live broadcasts, and gaming from my PC tower. The sound is crisp and balanced as well. We use the TV to primarily stream Netflix, Amazon Prime , Hulu, Disney and YouTube. It’s the perfect size for the guest bedroom.

Poor set up; few apps preloaded; closed captioning requires advance degree to get to work with local channels; remote is difficult to use. If it wasn't such a hassle to box it up we would have sent it back.

The quality of this TV is amazing. Crystal clear is an understatement. It's almost like you aren't even watching a TV but its like you are there in the movie or the music video itself!!!!
