Does have a pretty good picture worked great for awhile then started freezing and couldn't change the channels had to factory reset it and start over

Responsiveness seems to be a little slow when switching from one channel to another, but otherwise the sound and picture are very good.

The tv is good and we like to watch movies in it. There are better ones, but this is fine for us because it was more affordable.

The Samsung channel never works right. Its always pausing. My coworker has same tv and says the same about hers.

It is currently not working. It will not power on. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The control panel has already been replaced once.

Crisp clear picture, screen is nice and bright, The os can be sluggish at times Over all provides a great experience

Love the image. Bright and good resolution. Took a while to get used to a different operating system. Dont really need the Samsung apps

Crystal UHD is the way to go if its a well lit area the tv has built in sensors to adjust the tvs brightness for the room its in

It's a nice TV, especially for the price. It's quick and lets me enjoy content at 4K. The colors and brightness is great for the price.
