[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Smart TV for a bedroom that has no wired network connection and must rely on the wireless Router signal for the internet connection. I had to setup the WiFi connection and required network password but after that the internet connection was working great. The picture quality is also great and the remote works fine.

I purchased 2 Samsung 8000F 75 inch TV's. I'm giving a poor review because the remote control does not work on 1 of the TV's and I cannot seem to get any service from Samsung. I have been on the phone for hours with multiple people who keep transferring me and have been cut off twice. I just want a new remote control for my brand new TV that actually works. This seems like a simple request.

I also bought my first Samsung sound bar with the TV. This brought my entertainment experience to much higher level. I was able to connect my TV to my cable box and my VCR/DVD player with ease. I was able to connect to my WIFI and quickly have access to all my streaming apps. Samsung TV and sound bar were both excellent choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many Samsung Televisions and liked them all. The only thing that I find with my new one is also consistent with all other brands. The remote is modernized so much that it's a bit difficult for Seniors to use. Source is one of the main functions for modern viewing. Your nickname page is a problem. I've put in numerous combinations of letters and or numbers and it keeps kicking me out. Example JWK or JWK 1946 or Happy 1946.

Image resolution is perfect, everything looks sharp and the picture has awesome vibrancy and pop to the colors. Brightness is solid even with the lights on. Plus the tizen interface is simple enough for the kids to use without complaining. Great buy."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features on a fairly priced/inexpensive TV. I have had issues with other manufacturers and not lasting longer than a few months. Screen is bright enough from the box Ive had to dim it for my living room and a 4k resolution at this cost point is amazing. The interface with gaming consoles can use a bit of work by not directly switching over but that is a minor gripe. The bezel around the edge is minimal leaving more screen view which I like as far as the way it looks on my wall and with a screen this vibrant and I cannot complain.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to search for movies through the tv and choose the service that it streams on (not always accurate). I love the companionship with your other Samsung devices and using smart things and being notified when the the washer and dryer have completed their cycle. This tv was a test tv for me and has made me choose to start purchasing samsung this over the brand I've used for years.
