Gold Medal All Purpose Flour, 12 lbs.

This bag of flour came in a large zip top bag   The flour bag was split from top to bottom.

Full of bugs weevils and worms! Disgusting

The whole bottom was busted out the bag and all the flour was in the box and other items

Great flour but

I have just received this partial order and it arrived damaged

Flour was pouring out of the package onto the flour and my porch. Flour everywhere.

Flour all over

Item needed to be shipped 3 times. Each time the item was shipped, there was no packing material to prevent the bag from rupturing. Not only were the bags in the first two shipments damaged, but we needed to clean the flour that leaked from the boxes. Although no packing material was in the third delivery, the bag surprisingly arrived undamaged. Customer service told me instructions in the second and third shipments indicated appropriate packing material was necessary, but those instructions were not followed. Incidents like these result in poor productivity and ultimately cost customers money. Photos were previously sent to customer service.

Poor Packing

I would give this flour a gold medal if I had one sitting around and I was just looking to give it away.  My recipe called for flour.  This product fit the bill.
