I do a lot of baking so this size of flour is great

The bag was open and flower spilled all over inside of box.

Product is fine, but the delivery was not. Flour bag was busted and flour was all in the box.

Sams oops

Item needed to be shipped 3 times. Each time the item was shipped, there was no packing material to prevent the bag from rupturing. Not only were the bags in the first two shipments damaged, but we needed to clean the flour that leaked from the boxes. Although no packing material was in the third delivery, the bag surprisingly arrived undamaged. Customer service told me instructions in the second and third shipments indicated appropriate packing material was necessary, but those instructions were not followed. Incidents like these result in poor productivity and ultimately cost customers money. Photos were previously sent to customer service.

Poor Packing

I would give this flour a gold medal if I had one sitting around and I was just looking to give it away.  My recipe called for flour.  This product fit the bill.
