The Gold Medal Flour we ordered and received was what we expected. The 12 lbs was not offered elsewhere, and this will be enough for a long while.

I can use this instead of bread flour in my bread machine. Great product for a great price. I make noodles, biscuits, rolls, bread, pancakes etc.

We found this flour superior to King Arthur’s bread flour for making sour dough bread from homemade starter.
