The product itself is always good. My one star, no stars if I could, is because it was packed in just a thin plastic bag then thrown in a box. In shipping the box was obviously damaged. The flour bag is torn apart in two spots and emptied out all over the box and my other items. Waste of my money! I tried to attach photos of the mess here but it would not let me for some reason.

Busted package

I ordered four bags of this flour, all four bags were split open and spilled inside of the box. I will also add that the packaging process with these are never consistent sometimes they show up inside plastic bags in case any spills , sometimes in a vacuumed sealed bag, and then sometimes they just throw in a box. I would suggest putting them in a plastic bag every time or figuring out a different way to ship them so that this doesn’t happen again.
