A staple at my house, if I can keep the grain weevils out. I'm not sure how they get in the flour. Sometimes I divide the 12 lb bag and vacuum seal 1 or 2 lb bags. In summer months I don't use it fast enough.

one of the bags had broke in the shipping box and more than one half of that bag had spilled into the box and had to be thrown out--I am still happy with the Gold Medal Flour-it has been my favorite brand for many years

I do quite a bit of baking and find this to be a great size to start baking. Gold Medal has been around for many years and is a trusted brand of flour

Nice to be able to have this delivered. I have used several different flour for my cookies and I have found that I like Gold Medal the best. The dough seems to work up the best with it. Also, it is a good price.

Had bugs in it… like small bugs I just happened to see before using.. it through me off

I bought this flour and upon opening I found weevils. There were two visible. I kept all of my grains in airtight containers in my pantry so they didn’t come from my house.
