So, I wrote a review, you emailed me and you told me to contact you at the bottom of the webpage. The link that it takes you to is broken. Why would I need to contact you when I gave you my email address and you used it to send me an email! If there's additional information you need, why not ask me in the email and let me respond via email? Or fix the link.

The bars taste fabulous. The packaging is horrible! For years, the wrappers were great and easy to open. Recently, the wrapper material was changed to something that is tough, thick, stretchy and impossible to tear open with your hands. Manually clipping a starting cut won't even do it, the packaging just will not tear. These new wrappers must be fully sliced open with scissors or razor blade. Pretty unsafe to do, especially hard for the elderly.. Not good for a supposedly active, on the go snack. Please return to the old wrappers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been looking for a new protein bar for a long time. I wanted one that tasted good and had at least 10g of protein. Nature Valley's fit the bill perfectly. It's like having a great, chunky peanut butter bar. I love 'em!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good flavors and is perfect for a healthy snack. The dark chocolate is very satisfying. It makes it challenging to use these in warmer months for outside activities or travel but for an in the house treat it’s perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gestational diabetes and my doctor recommend me to eat lots of protein and this was one of the products she suggested and I absolutely love them ! They are like a chewy bar with some sweetness and not to many carbs.

I've been buying these bars for years and rely on them as a good snack for someone diabetic since they are lower in carbs than other bars. But now I am so disappointed in the new packaging and unfortunately found out while traveling in the car that these bars are impossible to open by hand! I demolished the bar trying to open it with my nails, my teeth, etc. It is impossible to use these bars as a convenient on-the-go snack if you don't travel with scissors. PLEASE go back to the original packaging!!!

I have been eating NV protein bar for many years. I have to agree with many of the reviews written recently. New packaging is very difficult to open; need scissors to open. Used to be able to take to eat on the go but no longer because they are so difficult to open!!!! Fire who ever came up with the new packaging. Plus you’ve made the bars smaller and charge more. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING ATTENTION. Pay more, for less!!!

I love these protein bars; I have eaten them for years. I'm diabetic and these are relatively low carb, so they really work for me. I love the taste, but I HATE the new wrapper. You can't get it open without scissors ---it's ridiculous. So disappointed. I can't use them as an on-the-go snack anymore, unless I lug around scissors. My mother likes these as well, but with her arthritis, there's no chance she can open these.

I’ve bought these bars for years in a large quantities at Sam’s Club. They’d become a staple as a quick breakfast or snack on the go. Something has went wrong. The bars have shrunk… a lot. They don’t taste the same & I’ll be looking for a replacement from another brand. Not sure why you changed something that was perfect the way it was.

I used to love these protein bars, they were my go to postpartum. They must have changed the recipe recently because this latest box tasts tastes really artificial and I can barely eat them anymore. Very sad as they were a really affordable delicious choice and now they aren't worth it for the fake protein taste.
