SHTF supply, so we haven't opened it yet, but did buy some of this recently and it was good. We made biscuits and gravy to freeze dry for future food supply, even after rehydrating (after freeze drying) the biscuits were delicious. They are super easy to make by just adding water. We also made some chicken and dumplings with this that turned out fantastic! We freeze dried it as well. Boxes are intact and in good shape.

This is Bisquick so it really depends on if you use much of it or not. Because it is so versatile, we do use it for pancakes, coffee cakes, cheddar bread and other cooking needs. It is also a coating for fish and chicken etc. It is a lot so if you don't use it often it is probably not a good buy. However, buying this in the larger size is a savings; that is is the bigger draw for me.

The mix is great, but we ordered it twice and both times it arrived with the box broken open and the mix spilled all over everything else inside. We will just buy the mix in the store when we need it, since the packaging crew can't seem to secure it well enough to keep it brom being broken open in shipment.

It has milk in it now. Original?!? Don't think so.

pancakes puff up nicely but are tasteless
