I have been using Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix for over sixty years and always provided the best results! Neither my children, nor my grandchildren ever turned down extra helpings of pancakes. Whether you are making pancakes, shortcakes or biscuits, they always turn out great.

My club was out of the banana bread mix (3 packets per box) so I bought this instead. The Bisquick website has an easy banana bread recipe that turned out great! Makes a ton more loaves per box than the banana bread mix 3-pack. I added some frozen blueberries and the whole family loved it!

SHTF supply, so we haven't opened it yet, but did buy some of this recently and it was good. We made biscuits and gravy to freeze dry for future food supply, even after rehydrating (after freeze drying) the biscuits were delicious. They are super easy to make by just adding water. We also made some chicken and dumplings with this that turned out fantastic! We freeze dried it as well. Boxes are intact and in good shape.

Vacations at Grandma's and Great Grandma's house in the 40's and 50's. Wonderful Bisquick pancakes in the morning, and the mouth watering strawberry shortcakes after dinner. Hot shortcakes fresh out of the oven with the strawberry's we picked that day. A tradition my mother held for my children and A tradition I hold for my Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. We love this for pancakes and waffles. Just follow the directions and add whatever else you normally like. We like chocolate chips added in. We are a household of people who love waffles so being able to make double or triple batches and still have enough to make them a few more times is fantastic.

We love bisquick. I make pancakes every Saturday for my three little kids and this is our go-to. It lasts us a pretty long time. I like the flavor of the “ultimate pancake” compared to the membersmark brand of buttermilk pancake mix. Rumor has it you can also use the mix for other things but we don’t lol

If you haven't tried Bisquick, you are missing out. I use this for baking, for pancakes and waffles, for dumplings for soup, and for coating chicken. This is one of the biggest multitasking products ever made, and I will always buy it. Also, this is a big one at a good price.

Absolutely love Bisquick baking mix for strawberry shortcake it’s how my mother made them and how my children and grandchildren love it! Plus and it’s strawberry season so we go through a lot of this mix making shortcakes. Also great for biscuits and pancakes. So versatile and delicious.

Product is very good quality and reasonable price. The reason I gave it a 3 is because of the packaging. I went to take the box out of shipping box and the bottom opened up. Thank goodness that the mix is in a bag within its box. This purchase is good value for commercial or banquet use. However, it is one bag and I have to separate it into smaller bags for more convenient home use. Would like to see a dumpling recipe included on mix's box.

While this mix is highly popular and convenient for many, I find the recipes to turn out very dry, dense and crummy. My kids did not like the pancakes, waffles, or biscuits at all! And it really did not save much time over making things from scratch.
