A must have in my pantry

I got tired of buying regular sized boxes of pancake mix at the grocery store. On a recent trip to Sam's, I was surprised to find this huge box for such a steal of a price! Now, I can make more than just pancakes and this box will last more than a couple of weeks. Not to mention this is Bisquik! I can't wait to make a coffee cake!

I went to Midwest City Sam's which is where I usually shop and they were out of Bisquick! So when I got home I begrudgingly put together a $50.00 order for free shipping, which I think is ridiculous for Plus members! Anyway it was ordered on 6-6-25 and delivered on 6-9-25 with a Best By date expired by 7 months! When I got online with Sam's Club.com they said we're sorry we will ship you another box! It came in today on 6-11-25 and it was 7 months expired like the first one that shipped from Sam's Club in Norman! So if you are buying Bisquick in Norman's Sam's Club, check your "Best By" because they are not! Did not open to look for bugs, threw them away after taking pictures! It is NOT Bisquick's fault and I love their product! This one is on Sam's Club!

When I received I noticed something powdery coming off the bottom of the box. I assumed it was something from in transit vehicle but when opening the box, which was heavy and huge, I started to unpack the box. The Bisquick was upside down, open and pouring out the contents everywhere. I was not happy. It looked like it was intentional. I contacted SAMS CLUB and received no reply or replacement.

I will never purchase baking products from Sam's again. I finally open this batter to make my family breakfast (never been open!) and started pouring the batter into the bowl and found bugs. I looked into the box and one was still moving. I dumped the whole box. What a waste of money. How are they getting into the plastic sealed? Yuck!!

Great buy, great product ... only downside ... enough to last me for a year!

Best price, quality name brand product.

The mix had bugs in it. Do not buy this product.
