Pooh-why was the product changed?? We’ve made cut out sugar cookies for years with the old product and now sticky and impossible to work with. So disappointing.

Followed directions and maybe a bad batch but so dry and crumbly could nor roll out. When baked puffy outside and gooey inside. Have made these in past with no issues. These were horrible. Waste if money resources and time.
