[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make all of my cookies from scratch except for sugar cookies. That's because cookies made with Betty Crocker mix taste homemade. The dough is easy to roll out and shape into fun cookies for every holiday!

I love Betty Crocker's cookie mixes! The sugar cookie recipe is just as good, if not better than homemade sugar cookies!! You can make them into drop cookies or cut out cookies! And the best part, besides tasting absolutely delicious, they only take like eight minutes! And they are the best when they come out of the oven all hot and chewy and amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cookie mix was very easy to make and tasted just as good as bakery cookies. My kids like to frost them with the Betty Crocker frosting. I like that you only need minimal ingredients and they don't take long to bake. My only complaint would be that the package is a little small.

Why did you add nonfat milk to the ingredients? I have a lot of severe food allergies and it makes it very difficult to find baked good mixes I can have. These sugar cookies were one of my favorites and I was going to grab some the other day and checked the ingredients because of the new design to see the recipe changed! Packaging says new design, same great taste and nothing about new recipe! No longer non diary and vegan friendly. I am honestly very upset about this, bring back the old recipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite honestly, this is the best versatile cookie mix we use. It is easily customizable to any flavor you want your cookies to be. You want to make Churro cookies? Just add cinnamon to the batter, scoop them up, then roll in sugar before baking. We’ve made so many different flavors and thus makes an excellent chewy cookie.

First time using this, so before I tried them, I read the other reviews.  I did follow the recipe:  3 Tbls. flour, 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) and 1 egg.  Only revisions I made were to not melt the butter all the way and after rolling them out, I placed in the freezer for about 15 mins.  Then I added a minute extra baking time.  The dough was fine and they did keep their shape.  Now, just waiting to taste them. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it as an easy starter for a sugar cookie. Adding lemon flavoring, or almond extract, or add a handful of chopped salted nuts and you have your own take on a cookie. All you need is the pouch, stick of butter and an egg. Tasty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want homemade cookies fast, this is the mix for you!!! They taste like you made them from scratch! Here’s a hint: once the ingredients are mixed, use your freshly washed hands to mix the dough. It incorporates the ingredients really well.

I have used this mix successfully many times in the past. Because of past success we made several batches yesterday ( planned to give to family) but when we tasted them, decided we could not eat them and certainly not give them out. They have a super weird taste. Almost perfume like if that makes sense. Very very disappointing.
