They're among our sugary choices when we want something sweet to pair a good cup of tea for me, and coffee for my husband. Quick to make, so basically running to get some as soon as they're out of the oven because they will run out fast! Lol

I've used this product for several years now and never had an issue. Always worked perfectly. This year I bought the 21 oz pkg which indicates that the butter needs to be melted, which I did. I could tell right away that disaster was at hand. As other users say, the dough was crumbly and wouldn't blend. BTW, this website calls for softened butter, not melted as the package indicates. So which is it? The package I bought is larger than previous years and I was wondering if the butter and egg amounts needed to be increased. Bottom line: I made the cookies but it took a lot of extra effort. They taste OK and are OK for decorating, but they're not what I was accustomed to based on past experience.

Does it really get any better than the classic Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix! This brings back memories of making these cookies with my grandma when I was kid for Christmas. These cookies hold a special place in my heart and I definitely recommend adding these to family traditions!

We took these to a friends house and she wanted to know what the recipe was! They were delicious! For a little something extra-add sprinkles! They are good with or without sprinkles! The best cookie mix Ive ever tasted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super simple and easy to use and produced delicious cookies! I frosted mine and covered them in sprinkles and they were sooo good! I recommend you use a mixer if you go the softened butter route to save you time or just melt the better.

This was the biggest “trust the process” recipe. At first I was so nervous because it is very dry at first but I hand mixed it with gloves and kept at it and it came together after a few minutes. Overall I really liked it!! If it looks super dry just keep mixing in the butter it has to soften all the way through. And the egg as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best sugar cookies ever! I make these cookies at least once a month. I love giant cookies so I separate these into 6 balls, roll them in sugar, and bake for 15 minutes. I don't like them Iced they are too sweet that way.

I love this cookie mix! I’ve done several different recipes with this mix. I recently made a white chocolate, macadamia, pecan blondie and it was to die for! I made the cookie in a cake pan so it would be more like a bar cookie/ brownie. It turned out wonderful! I cut them in squares about the size of a brownie, heated it in the microwave, then topped it with a maple cream cheese sauce and vanilla ice cream. That’s what I like about this mix, you can create amazing things with a strong base foundation and that’s what these cookies are. Amazing!
