It comes out perfect and is easy and not expensive at all! I love all the cookie flavors that Betty Crocker offers.

They're among our sugary choices when we want something sweet to pair a good cup of tea for me, and coffee for my husband. Quick to make, so basically running to get some as soon as they're out of the oven because they will run out fast! Lol

I love Betty Crocker's cookie mixes! The sugar cookie recipe is just as good, if not better than homemade sugar cookies!! You can make them into drop cookies or cut out cookies! And the best part, besides tasting absolutely delicious, they only take like eight minutes! And they are the best when they come out of the oven all hot and chewy and amazing!!

3 Stars for taste. 1 Star for ease of prep and general condition of mix. As others have said, it is a crumbly mess. I've never used either a mix or had a recipe from scratch that had such a horrible consistency. I'd intended to roll out and cut out shapes, but ended up just doing round balls of dough which were enough of a pain. I've used this mix in the past with no problems. This recipe needs to go back to the lab to be adjusted, as unless it is, I will never use again.

With the sugar cookie variety I usually add a variety of different ingredients, such as sprinkles, nuts, chocolate chips, vanilla chips, peanut butter chips, etc. just to mix it up a bit. However, just plain they are delicious.
