[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really hard to operate We are 71 years old we're not as tech savvy as needed to be apparently although I've had many other brands of big TVs like this I was able to operate them without a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely happy with our Samsung television. It’s got a sharp, bright picture and it’s very easy to use. I’ve had other Samsung televisions before and that’s why I keep coming back when I need a new one. Samsung never disappoints.

picture is decent but the tv is known for freezing up while playing youtube tv. cannot blame wifi for it because it is wired with ethernet so wifi is not a factor. i found out after my 90 day return window was closed. it didnt do it at first but after while it started. Samsung was no help having me reset it, unplug it, etc. i do not recommend this tv or any tv with the same processor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television have been the best choice so far... its huge bright contrast Screen, clear upscling pictures and energy saving is superb... i love the tv, it is very responsive when i use the smart things in my Samsung phone to gain control of the tv. The uniformity blows my family away when we watch our favorite programs.

The picture on this TV is exquisite! I am amazed every time I sit down and watch a HD TV show. The picture is the most "life like" I have ever seen. I have a couple of other SAMSUNG TVs but they are older models and don't have near the picture quality of the UHD U8000FD and the menu for navigating to different sources is very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times when I have to reboot the tv (unplug from power for 15 seconds) because youtube tv won't load at all. This does not happen on other tv's in the home, only this Samsung. Otherwise, the picture and sound is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really like the Samsung TV sometimes it just freezes my cable box and I can’t change the channel or turn off the cable. I have to try and turn everything off in the middle of whatever I’m watching and lose whatever I’m watching and turn it back on to have it get out of that mode not always the best I cannot put the icon for Paramount+ on my list. I have to go to the Internet and search for it every time I wanna watch Yellowstone.
