great budget tv, looks incredible for $279

The colors are bright and beautiful and the speakers make the sound effects and music dominate the room, as it should. Very pleased also with the smart TV aspects and internet though I rarely use them. But it's nice to know they are there in case I just want to watch a show.

The visual quality is sharp, vibrant, and makes movies, sports, and gaming look amazing. I also love the personalized user settings that let you adjust the picture exactly how you like it. The automatic updates keep everything running smoothly without any hassle. One of my favorite features is being able to use my phone as a remote when I can’t find the actual remote — super convenient! Its excellent when gaming. Games look realistic and sharp. Love this product and looking to stick with Samsung until my time is done on this earth.

Streaming is smooth with the only glitches originating from the source. The reason for only four stars is you can't get all streaming services with the ultra units.

Cracked screens (2x). Even the replacement television came with the screen separated from the back. You need to find another shipping company outside of FedEx.

We bought this TV last May. The first one was defective out of the box with wide vertical stripes running down the center. We exchanged that -- not easy with a 65" TV already mounted to your wall, but lesson learned to plug it in first. The second one lasted 10 months. Now the vertical stripes are running and flickering at all times on the left side. There was no damage or power surge that precipitated the malfunction. The worst part is when I brought the video in to Sam's Club and asked if I could apply the cost of the TV to a different upgraded model, the manager not only said I needed to haul in the TV itself, but he implied that I must be doing something to break them. This is the only one star review I've ever written.
