Its Samsung or nothing when it comes to phones,TVS or any general product Samsung makes. You cannot go wrong when choosing Samsung for all of your entertainment needs. The clarity, the color the response time as well as updates and easily accessible features. Samsung is always the right product for my family & my home and should be for whom it may concern!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appears to be have very good resolution and color. In large family room and comfortable to view screen from about 15 feet. Remote overall good but moving icon to the menu bar appears to be impossible. Older Samsung TV remotes more functional.

Tv is very difficult to work. It takes forever to get to the tv mode and once you hit the channel button it takes even,or time to locate the show currently on. If you tap the channel too quickly you have to go through a three step process again to watch your show. And sometimes you have to go through that three step process several times to get the tv show. Also the volume and mute button is combined on the controller so when you want to change the volume the mute turns on and vise versa. The entire tv is dysfunctional.

The quality and picture is sharp and crispy. Being able to use our phones as remotes is super convenient, as well as screen sharing and Bluetoothing videos and music to it. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV?
