I initially left a bad review on this product because the product did not work for me and my skin type. I am writing to update my review from 1 star to 5 because of their customer service. Erica from customer service reached out to me and as so wonderful! She not only listened to my issues and concerns, but suggested a new product that would work better for me and expedited the shipping! If you are hesitant on the product working for you, I would say just go for it because even if it doesn`t work, the customer service definitely has your back and will make sure all your needs are met!

I turned 30 and decided I needed to get serious on my skin care. This has been so helpful maintaining my complexion; it has been the only consistent variable to my skin routine aside from a 1-2x weekly dermaroller. I am prone to cystic acne and this has alleviated any serious breakout and its great! I`ve had a few scares where I feel some cystic acne coming on and within two or three days this has deflated what would have been a total skin eruption.Just for the record, twice a day I cleanse with La Roche-Posay gentle hydrating cleanser, then tone with rose water (100%, rose water only), use the vitamin C serum, then moisturize with AM CeraVe moisturizer.At night I do the same, but if I dermaroll, I do cleanse-tone-vitamin C serum-Dermaroll-then a second round of vitamin C serum and an oil (Peet Rivko daily balancing oil), then moisturize with CeraVe PM moisturizer.The vitamin C serum has been amazing. I will continue to buy this brand in the future.

It tends to dry me out just slightly which is why I only gave it a four however it has helped a bit with the hyperpigmentation hopefully as time goes on it will help more. I've only been using it 3 weeks and have seen a slight difference. I'll write another review when the bottle is done to let everyone know if it works. No scent which is great! And fast shipping as well.

This product made me break out so bad even in places that I never break out in. I have a very sensitive skin. I`m still using it on my neck and chest because those areas don`t usually break out as much as I face. I still didn`t see any changes in theappearance of my son spots, but I will never put this product on my face. I won`t be ordering again

I rarely write reviews but thought it would be helpful for people searching. I have used another brand of Vit C and didn`t see any results and thought I`d give this a try. Only been 2 days and while dark spots are still there, I`m amazed by how instantly this serum makes my skin supple , firm and diminishes wrinkles/fine lines! If you have dry skin, definitely follow it up with a good moisturizer.

I love the truskin brand. They have really good quality products. I have tried expensive face products for my acne problem. But it didn't help at all. Waste of money. Now I am using truskin products. Saving money. And getting results in short time. And I am happy with results.

I had to return this serum because it was too high of a Vitamin C concentrate for my skin (I have really sensitive skin). I am still rating 5 stars because 1) it is a high quality product and 2) the customer service is great. After I returned the item, Erica from TruSkin reached out to me for feedback. She was very nice and included the full list of ingredients, with suggestions on future products for my sensitive skin. For these reasons, I will definitely consider buying from this company again.

Okay so I`ve had skin issues my entire life. I`ve always had acne and have never been able to get rid of it. One of the bloggers I follow recommend this serum and after a lot of thinking and researching, I thought I`d give it a try. I have been using it for a month now and I`ve never had clearer skin (even when I was on medication) I use it at night and in the morning and I have become so confident in my skin. I will definitely be buying more!

I tried this one and the Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum right before this one and I will say that I like the Mad Hippie one better. This one has bubbles in the serum hat are always there and I feel like the dropper doesn`t pick up that much of the serum - maybe because of the bubbles? It does feel nice on my skin but when I first opened it, it does have a little bit of a weird smell. I think I`m used to it now. But I still prefer the Mad Hippie one.
