Great, with a couple of caveats
This is our first induction stove and it is a great product. 2 issues: the control panel is not lit and is often impossible to see so that choosing among various options is very difficult/annoying. Second, all of the lettering/labels on the control knobs wore off after just a couple months of use. And the LG website doesn't seem to offer replacement knobs.
Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG induction stove. We’re glad to hear the overall performance has been a great fit for your home, and we appreciate you pointing out the visibility of the control panel and the wear on the knob labels. Your notes about the lettering fading and the difficulty finding replacement knobs help highlight exactly what you’re seeing with your LG unit! For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Thanks for choosing LG! #LifeisGood ^James
I've had this oven for a couple months and I have only two problems with it. One is that the control panel is very difficult to read. The whole panel needs to be lit and I wish it were tilted a bit more. The other problem is all it's alarms and each alarm jingle is different. The jingles are horrible and so annoying. I won't use the timer on it instead I use my microwave timer. I have not used all the oven features. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the convection mode. I like that the stove top has an edge to catch spills. I love the rapid boil. I like that it can rate the induction compatability of my cookware. I wish the storage drawer were larger i would gladly have sacrificed some oven space for a deeper drawer.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying the rapid boil and induction compatibility. We'll be sure to pass along these insights to our team, so we can continue to innovate and improve future models. Dials/control knobs letters wearing off
Hello, I’ve been very happy with this LG induction range but for one problem: the control knobs and dials. The letters and numbers are wearing off with just the lightest touch when cleaning. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi. Suzanne! Thanks for sharing your experience with your LG induction range, and we’re glad to hear you’ve been enjoying its performance overall. We appreciate you pointing out what’s happening with the lettering on the LG control knobs and dials, as those markings are meant to stay clear and easy to read throughout regular cleaning and use! To allow us to properly investigate the details of your specific product model and to see how we can assist with your knob‑and‑dial issue being encountered, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. ^James
Poor exterior quality
I have had this stove for a little over a month and yesterday the corner of the cooktop broke off as I was wiping it with a dishrag. It is made of plastic and is cracked. It will not go back on but is apparently not considered a “manufacturers defect”. Definitely not the quality I would expect from an appliance at this price point.
Hello, Chris. Thank you for reaching out to us about the issue you are having with your new LG stove after only a little over a month of use. We want to look into the specifics of this situation, as the integrity of the cooktop is important for both function and appearance. You can find our general LG Home Appliance Warranty information here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/warranty/. We look forward to receiving your email! ^James.
Huge disappointment
Blue enamel oven interior is irreversibly damaged by a single apppication of ordinary oven cleaner. Heating is very uneven. At a simmer the heat is only applied in a single ring which switches on and off every second or two. Impossible to select an even temperature because it is only possible to set discrete levels and the temperature I want is usually in between two of these levels. The cooling fan under the range top makes a loud buzzing sound half of the time. Colossal disappointment and waste of a ridiculous amount of money. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Same Problem as Chris739421
I was surprised to see a review by Chris739421 with the same exact problem I've had with my one month old LSIL6336XE stove. The cheap, cheap, cheap plastic corner piece popped off the corner when I was cleaning the stainless steel front piece on the stove. Chris, if you're still out there, did LG replace the busted corner piece? Was it difficult to install? What all did you have to go through??? Thanks, Dan

Happy review
For two weeks, morning till night we have been using this model for holiday baking and meals. The cook top is simple to use and very easy to clean. The super boost function makes quick work of boiling water for pasta, even at 6,000 feet above sea level. The air sous vide produced moist, tender chicken. The oven baked tray after tray of perfect cookies without rotating the trays. What we would like to see changed: the controls turn on accidentally if we brush against them. Thanks for designing a wonderful appliance!

Induction is awesome. Better than gas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a gas cooktop for the last 6 years. We recently moved to an all electric home. I decided to replace the existing range with an induction range. Since we have such a positive experience with our other LG appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer), I wanted an LG range. Cooking with induction IS better than gas! The LG range has so many features that making cooking so much easier. The simmer function is amazing, food simmers without sticking or burning. Pot handles don't get hot. And best of all, cleanup is fast.

Great Cooktop, Oven Not So Much
Great product, we love the induction cooktop, so quick and efficient. The oven, not so much. We've owned convection ovens for several decades, long before they were common, so we're very familiar with their use and operation. This oven, while on the regular "bake" mode, continues to use the convection fan, overcooking/browning foods that are being cooked at the proper temperature and time. Essentially, regular "bake" is convection as well, or so we've found. Having to adjust cooking times for regular baking to avoid overcooking or browning is a real inconvenience. If we hadn't gotten the range as a part of our review work we likely would return it. We don't recommend it based on the issue wit the oven.
