[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. Such a great upgrade to get you through some mundane chores.

I can finally wash my king-size comforter without feeling like I'm about to break the machine, which is great. What is also surprising is that it runs quietly, which is a nice change from my old one, which was so noisy. It just feels like a solid upgrade that does its job well.

The enhanced technology far exceeded my imagination before I received the washer and dryer. I am so impressed by not only the technology but the style and build quality. Thank you again LG for putting a product out that far exceeds its competition.

So far so good. I've had it for a few weeks now and no major complaints. I love that it doesn't have an agitator. It's easy to choose a cycle and modify. I have not tried to start a cycle via the app yet. Nor have I used the app much at all except to check for updates. So far, everything is working as expected and coming out clean. I do like all the available cycle options as well. The only complaint I have is that you can't use concentrated detergents in the ez dispenser.

My new washer and dryer are smarter than I am. It does everything except fold and the put the clothes away! I learn something ew about it every day. If it would only clean the house the way it does my clothes, I would just be able to lay on the couch sand read books all day.

Junk. Limited loads, not even a soak cycle. No place for pods. Loud. Lid gets gross easily because it isn’t fingerprint resistant. App is a joke. You can’t run a small load without using the app. It has made my laundry time twice as long and much more difficult. I hate this thing so much I don’t even have the words for it.

I recently purchased the LG washer and I am extremely impressed with its performance. Not only does it clean my clothes thoroughly, but it also operates quietly and efficiently. The variety of wash cycles ensures that I can customize each load based on my needs. Additionally, the sleek design of the washer adds a modern touch to my laundry room. Overall, I highly recommend the LG washer for its reliability, effectiveness, and user-friendly features.

This was our 4th LG washer. We loved them until this one. Here are what we feel are deal breakers and why we sent it back. 1. Not enough water in the Normal setting and no way to add more without restarting the cycle. Even the Deep Wash sometimes isn't enough. LG says that this is their biggest complaint. 2 Doesn't add enough detergent. If you use the Deep Wash it's even worse because I dont think it adds anymore than normal. We had to add manually after it starts the Wash cycle. 3. If you use the Deep Wash and hot water the condensation on the inside of the lid can drip out and down the side of the washer and onto the floor. It's because the lid is at an angle. 4. Maybe we're picky but you see every fingerprint or smear on the black glass lid. Get used to it looking dirty. 5. Since the water levels aren't right it doesn't wash well. Too little water and it will really wear your clothes out quickly. Too much and it won't agitate briskly enough to wash well. 6. Over-designed. Too much tech that makes it harder to use, rather than easier. Too many steps to start a load. It's a washer, not a starcruiser! 7. One good thing. It's nice and quiet. If that's your only criteria than you're good to go. If washing a load of clothes is your thing then check out the LG WT7150. Simpler, does a better wash job and will save you some money.

I just replace my washer and dryer they were 19 years old. The only reason that I change them was becaue they do not carrie the parts any more. Quality the old one better. I got a top loader and I am not happy I wish I can change them for a front loader again. The only thing is to open the front loader is hard an as we age it gets hard on the hands.
