This machine is so quiet and can handle big loads. I love the automatic detergent and softener dispenser. It has tons of settings to choose from. I also love the black satin finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. Such a great upgrade to get you through some mundane chores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this new LG washing machine to replace my old one, and this washing machine is huge. I can finally wash my king-size comforter without feeling like I'm about to break the machine, which is great. What is also surprising is that it runs quietly, which is a nice change from my old one, which was so noisy. It just feels like a solid upgrade that does its job well.

So far so good. I've had it for a few weeks now and no major complaints. I love that it doesn't have an agitator. It's easy to choose a cycle and modify. I have not tried to start a cycle via the app yet. Nor have I used the app much at all except to check for updates. So far, everything is working as expected and coming out clean. I do like all the available cycle options as well. The only complaint I have is that you can't use concentrated detergents in the ez dispenser.

The enhanced technology far exceeded my imagination before I received the washer and dryer. I am so impressed by not only the technology but the style and build quality. Thank you again LG for putting a product out that far exceeds its competition.

Overall the washing machine is good. It is a little complicated to use. Getting it to default to using cold water and not use fabric softener was much harder than it should be. It is fairly quiet, has great capacity and has a great selection of cycles. My biggest complaint is the sloped lid. You can’t put anything on top of it without it falling off.

I just replace my washer and dryer they were 19 years old. The only reason that I change them was becaue they do not carrie the parts any more. Quality the old one better. I got a top loader and I am not happy I wish I can change them for a front loader again. The only thing is to open the front loader is hard an as we age it gets hard on the hands.

Do not order this washing machine unless you want to wait a month and get the run around from everyone involved with this sale. It’s expensive just for you to get told 4 different new “delivery dates” and the one that’s through Sam’s Club is apparently the delivery date for the product to get delivered to the hub. The next 4 is the ones that you set up from the 3rd party that is hired to deliver to you and they will reschedule at 10:40PM through text the night before saying it’s getting pushed back 2 more days and so forth. When you talk to Sam’s Club, they say that LG is the “3rd party” they go through and then LX Pantos is the “3rd party LG goes through for delivery and I’ve called every single one of them and not a single person can guarantee my order can be delivered on the 8th delivery date I got. Not to mention, I explained to every single one of these people that my husband and I have had to make arrangements with our jobs to make sure one of us is home to have it delivered and every time this effects our work schedules and is taking off of work and not a single person acts like they care. I asked to speak with a manager through LG to get something to happen and they couldn’t send me to a manager because they don’t have one there currently and would need all of my info to relay the message and I would get a call back within 1-2 hours afterwards. Super disappointed that Sam’s Club even allows this behavior for their members and when I bring it up to them they just shrug it off and say sorry.

Junk. Limited loads, not even a soak cycle. No place for pods. Loud. Lid gets gross easily because it isn’t fingerprint resistant. App is a joke. You can’t run a small load without using the app. It has made my laundry time twice as long and much more difficult. I hate this thing so much I don’t even have the words for it.
