We bought this stove about two months ago. The stove works well and has features my previous stove did not have. I have enjoyed having access to multiple features and cook settings on my stove and oven. This stove and oven not only works well, but it also looks wonderful in my newly remodeled kitchen.

Purchased this appliance almost 4 weeks ago and have used all features except the air-fryer. I'm delighted with burner, broiler and oven performance. I'm even more pleased because I was warned that a stainless steel top was more difficult to clean. So far with minimal effort it's been a breeze to keep it clean and shiny with a stainless steel cleaner as suggested in the instructions. Grates have also been easy to wipe down. Only disappointment was the griddle which didn't seem to heat evenly and pancakes were not cooking at the same rate of time. I may have not preheated long enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst stove I have ever owned, electric panel and oven stopped working about a year and a half after I bought the stove new. Repair cost amount to the price of a new range. Appliance repairman advised against fixing it as he said another issue will ultimately come up with an LG stove based on his experience. Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built in air fryer tray is too large, doesn’t fit in typical size sink or dishwasher, hard to clean. Was charged extra for the air fryer tray as and added accessory, really should be included s as part of the oven if you are marketing it as a oven with an air fryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style but the burners don’t always come on even after waiting 10 seconds. So I try again; sometimes that works, sometimes not. LG repairman was here, cleaned out the burners but it’s still not right. He said it can take 10 seconds to light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love this range. It cooks wonderfully. There are a few minor complaints. One is the writing on the knobs wears off very easily and I’ve already had to have them replaced after a couple of months. Even soap and water only for cleaning will wear the writing off. It effects nothing but aesthetically is not great. Replacement process was easy. Second, if you wish to keep the griddle plate on the center burner it makes lining pots and pans up over the burner impossible, so it must be removed and only on when in use, a minor inconvenience. And lastly, it’s a pain to clean and keep clean but as is most stainless. A few minor complaints but overall the unit is awesome.

Have only had this running about a week but pretty good so far. Only negative is the included griddle, it is supposed to be non-stick but has been terrible so far. I will try to season myself and see if that helps but may need to by a true non-stick griddle!

The User Interface ((UI), in this case, the control panel display, which is the interface to the user and should be of high quality to provide the user a good experience. Unfortunately, on this product the UI is extremely poor due to lack of lighting and visibility of the labels. I don’t understand how a technology company can produce such a poor UI. This shouldn’t have passed Quality Engineering and should have been rejected by management. I have a product that I need to use a flash light to see the labels every time I need to use it which is multiple times a day causing frustration. LG should fix this issue long term and should provide a stick on mask with bright and clear labels that can be seen without requiring a flash light. Very frustrated and disappointed customer.

I am so dissapointed. This oven doesn't fit any of my half size sheet pans if inserted vertically. It advertises as 6.3 cubic ft but its not because it has about 6 inches of dead space that is taken up inside and you lose oven space this way None of my racks will fit and insyead of being able to cook more at once, i can cook less. Super dissapointing. Dont buy this if you plan to fit lots of sheet pans in oven. Won't fit due to inaide design. Super upsetting
