Airfryer feature not good, knob does not light up

Capacity of oven is big and this airfryer feature does not work properly and not worth using. knobs dont light up so if burner is mistakenly left on, there is no clear way to notice. will not recommend. really bad design. i would return.

Don’t buy for the air fry option

Air fry option is advertised as a quick no preheat option for your oven but it takes over 1/2 hour for it to get to the temperature setting. Food does not cook for the first 15-20min it is in the oven on this mode and comes out soggy instead of crisp

Poor User Interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rating is not fair but I need LG’s attention. The User Interface ((UI), in this case, the control panel display, which is the interface to the user and should be of high quality to provide the user a good experience. Unfortunately, on this product the UI is extremely poor due to lack of lighting and visibility of the labels. I don’t understand how a technology company can produce such a poor UI. This shouldn’t have passed Quality Engineering and should have been rejected by management. I have a product that I need to use a flash light to see the labels every time I need to use it which is multiple times a day causing frustration. LG should fix this issue long term and should provide a stick on mask with bright and clear labels that can be seen without requiring a flash light. Very frustrated and disappointed customer.

Rusting after one month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so disappointed after seeing rust around the gas burners with only minimal use in just one month! I was so faithful in wiping it clean after every use, but that didn’t matter. Also, I made sure to only wipe it clean with a microfiber cloth and warm water, but some spots will not come out. This is not fingerprint resistant or rust proof! Had I known this was going to happen I wouldn’t have bought it. Not worth the high price tag.

Fell apart instantly

I bought this stove black Friday. We have only used it a couple times and it looks like it’s years old. The stove top, grates, and burner caps are stained, rusted, and one burner cap made a large popping sound and the coating melted off. So incredibly disappointed in this purchase as it was not cheap. I thoroughly regret this purchase

Size and depth is misleading!!

I am so dissapointed. This oven doesn't fit any of my half size sheet pans if inserted vertically. It advertises as 6.3 cubic ft but its not because it has about 6 inches of dead space that is taken up inside and you lose oven space this way None of my racks will fit and insyead of being able to cook more at once, i can cook less. Super dissapointing. Dont buy this if you plan to fit lots of sheet pans in oven. Won't fit due to inaide design. Super upsetting

Air Fryer Beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built in air fryer tray is too large, doesn’t fit in typical size sink or dishwasher, hard to clean. Was charged extra for the air fryer tray as and added accessory, really should be included s as part of the oven if you are marketing it as a oven with an air fryer.

Love the style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style but the burners don’t always come on even after waiting 10 seconds. So I try again; sometimes that works, sometimes not. LG repairman was here, cleaned out the burners but it’s still not right. He said it can take 10 seconds to light.

Desapointed would love to change it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is impossible to download picture their website doesn't let me Could not take to much time to buy a new gas range My other range dye need to replace before going out of town for a job and be sure my partner get something to cook Will start with the good things not many all the top burner part can be washed that's very good that's it The rest I'm not impressed First the stenless front cover and turn on/off button are to shiny very hard to read witch button turn on with burner. The digital screen hard to see where is cook time etc. Top grid to fare from top burner. Have to use higher gas level to cook. Center burner for sure not enought powerfully. One good things is all part of top burner can be washed But the most stupid is the KEEP WARM FONCTION Impossible to just turn on keep warm FONCTION exp:! you arrived home with a pizza you want to keep IT warm at 170 dr. Not easy you have to turn on oven waiting to get temperature you want (170) and then you have to turn on KEEP WARM. TOTELY STUPID! WORST if IT IS PISSIBLE you want to change temperature of keep warm up or down you you have to do again turn on oven wait to get whitch temperature you want and turn on again keep warm. MY OLD RANGE was turn on keep warm and choice the theperature I need
